Main mission:

The Production Manager will orchestrate the strategy and overall implementation of production and quality at SPARX Industries, by implementing production planning and monitoring. He/She will be responsible for optimizing processes with the aim of improving the performance, quality, and operational efficiency of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategy and management: Develop production and maintenance strategies aligned with company objectives, and translate these strategies into action plans and operational guidelines.
• Operational leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Organize and plan activities to effectively meet the needs of customers and the company.
• Team development: Recruit and develop staff for work preparation and other positions according to operational needs, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Digitalization and traceability: Implement digitalization solutions, including MRP (Material Requirement Planning) systems, to improve production resource planning and ensure full process traceability.
• Budget management: Manage departmental budget, optimize costs, and use resources effectively in line with the company's financial guidelines.

Desired profile:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in production management, engineering, and project implementation in an industrial sector.
• Skills in digitalization and implementation of MRP systems.
• Strong leadership with the ability to build and develop teams.
• Excellent command of French, Dutch, and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability in strategic decision-making, planning, and project management.
